P. O. Box 23036, Toledo, OH 43623 Phone: 419-292-1014 www.taylor-tours.com Tour News – 2021 Schedule Hello Travelers! Welcome to the new year!! 2020 was challenging, but despite what we’ve been through there is much to be grateful for. This year Taylor Tours embarks on our 41st year in the travel business. I am pleased to present your 2021 tour schedule. Many of the 2020 tours are being repeated, and I have tried to keep pricing as close as possible to the 2020 tour cost despite increases from some vendors. Early booking discounts will not be offered and credit card use is discontinued for the present time. Your understanding is very much appreciated. The 2021 schedule has fewer tours than in the past and the multi-day tours are shorter and closer-to-home. This is so as to “gently” work our way back into traveling and spending time together. While the future of our travels remains somewhat uncertain at the time of this mailing, I will monitor the tours just as I did in 2020. As a tour date or payment deadline approaches I will be in touch with you regarding the status of the tour. And of course, you may feel free to contact me at any time. Until further notice, here’s what to expect when you travel this year with Taylor Tours: • Passengers will be required to wear masks when social distancing is not possible. This includes standing in line, boarding and moving about the coach. You will be encouraged to wear your mask throughout the duration of the tour. • Tours will be operated at 50% capacity with one passenger per row. If you wish, you will be permitted to share a row with your travel companion. • Please remember that the social distancing on the coach will affect your choice of seat. You may not be seated in the exact seat you reserved for the tour. Early reservations will receive priority. • It is strongly recommended that you bring your own “travel kit” with you on the tour. This kit should contain your own hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes, and any other safety items you feel necessary.
Friendly, (but Important) Reminders PICK-UP LOCATIONS: • Toledo Unity Spiritual Center, 3535 Executive Pkwy. at Secor Rd. Park on the north side of the lot away from the church building. • Perrysburg/Rossford Meijer on US 20/Fremont-Pike. Park at the front of the Meijer lot near Mattress Firm. Please ask about “along the way” pick-up locations such as Bowling Green, Wauseon, Fremont, and Dundee and Monroe, MI. **Remember, vehicles are left at your own risk at any of the departure locations. Tour Schedule – Keep this schedule for future reference. It contains departure information for the one-day tours. Duplicates will not be mailed. Or, check the website at www.taylor-tours.com. Payment – Payment is kindly expected at the time you make your reservation. Ask about a payment plan when booking multiple tours. Book Early – Early booking bonuses will not be offered in 2021. However, please recall that tour reservations are currently limited to 25 people, so early sign-up and payment is still important! Reserved Seating on Coaches – Choose your seat location when you make your reservation. Reserve early for the best availability and notify me of mobility issues when you make your reservation. Remember that social distancing will affect your seat choice. Early reservations will take priority. Dietary Requests - Special dietary requests need to be made when you make your reservation. Gift Certificates – Looking for a special gift? Gift certificates are available in any amount and for any occasion. They are valid for one year. Responsibility – Your safety and well-being are important to me. Some tours require walking and stairs, and are more active than other tours. You must be able to get on and off the coach as well as navigate the steps of the coach on your own. If you have mobility and/or walking restrictions please notify me when making your reservations. Cell Phone Number: Don’t forget my cell phone number of 419-344-4310. If you are unable to reach me in the office or if you need to reach me on the morning of a tour please feel free to use this number. Taylor Tours, Inc., P. O.
