PROGRAMS AND ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS APPLIED TECHNOLOGY The 2 reasons why I decided to study at Humber were firstly because the professors take a real interest in helping the students and secondly because the programs with work placements are practical and will help me in my career. I think the best part of the classroom experience is that from the start of your program you are working in the mechanical engineering labs learning through a hands-on approach. Learning how to work with raw materials and precisely measure dimensions are an asset for my future career in the industry.
