Post-merger bulletin Together, to serve you better Stronger for our members and community Acknowledgements On January 1, 2021, Caisse Desjardins des Versants du mont Royal We want to thank our caisse directors for their unwavering commitment counted 48,808 members, 15 directors and 97 employees after merging to the community and the people they represent. Thanks to the time with Caisse Desjardins de Notre-Dame-de-Grâce. We can already see and energy they’ve put in, we’re helping a vibrant community grow the shift toward higher quality and more accessible services. We’re and enriching the lives of our members. We also want to thank our proud of everything we’ve done to get here. employees who were resilient and supportive during this transition and helped make this new caisse what it is. In this bulletin, we’ll take a look at the past year and all the work we did to make the merger a success. We also want to take this opportunity Together, we’re paving to tell you more about your new caisse and present some of the highlights of our financial results. Stronger together the way for a stronger We can already see the positive effects of the merger. Employees from both caisses are working together and new relationships are already community being built. The caisse is also in a better position to attract and retain employees. This will help us make sure we can provide our members with advice from experienced, dedicated professionals, which is a real asset in the financial field. With business volumes of more than $4 billion, we’ll be able to leverage our combined financial strength to drive business development. With our financial stability, we can generate more surplus earnings, which we then return to our members and the community in the form of dividends, through the Community Development Fund (CDF) and through donations and sponsorships. We’ve already given back $187,697.31 through the CDF and $167,932.94 in donations and sponsorships. See our cooperative difference report for more on the initiatives we’ve invested in.
