deposit of €25 per person booked. Final numbers and payment in full must be made no later than 3 weeks prior to your party
 date. Final numbers given at this point will be the minimum numbers charged for. Additional numbers may be allowed on a
 subject to availability basis. The Glenroyal Hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking without refund of monies paid if
