SMALL CHANGES, BIG SAVINGS TIME OF USE RATES ORLANDO/ORANGE COUNTY Small routine changes that shift usage away from RESIDENTIAL On-Peak Hours will help your household stay successful Customer Charge $15/month on the Time of Use Program. Adjust Your Pool Pump: Many pool pumps these days can be set using a timer. Only run the pump during Off-Peak Hours. Set Your EV Charger Timer: Electric vehicle charging isn’t time- sensitive, so using timers to allow them to charge only during Off-Peak Hours can help you save. Avoid “Vampire” Energy: An energy vampire is a device that uses energy even when turned off. It’s important to unplug devices when not in use, or attach to a power strip equipped with a timer.
