WITH ACE PERFORMANCE
The dual Diploma with ACE Performance* allows students to
study in a high-performance environment, whilst undertaking a
fully customised and sport-specific individual program designed
to facilitate incredible results for you as an athlete. You will have
the opportunity to learn from leading staff in the high-performance
industry, whilst receiving tailored coaching and support from the
professional team at ACE Performance to enhance your own
performance. You will also complete a practical placement that will
provide you with an opportunity to work with a variety of athletes.

event to improve participation, development and/or fan

Sports Industry
Identify common hazards and risks in a facility, and review,
monitor and maintain work health & safety policies and
procedures.
Advanced Coaching
Develop, implement, and review an integrated coaching program
for community-based participants/teams.
Sport Psychology
Develop, review, modify and evaluate psychological support
strategies for community-based athletes.
Integrity in Sport
Present integrity in sport and anti-doping information to
community-based participants.
Talent Identification
Implement and evaluate a talent identification program for
participants.

Develop a marketing strategy and implement
a social media engagement plan to promote
programs, events, or initiatives.

strength and conditioning programs for elite and
semi-elite athletes.

Develop an understanding of performance nutrition
for your chosen sport.

Develop a detailed career plan (MyPlan) and
professional portfolio to kickstart your career.
Secure and complete a practical placement with our
partner organisations or with other organisations in
the sport, fitness, and recreation industry.
Explore career pathways in real workplace settings
and acquire transferable skills that employers’

Develop an understanding of the various
technologies utilised in the analysis of individuals
and teams.

Upon graduating in 2018, Teagan received several
credits towards the Bachelor of Sport Development
at Deakin University. Teagan is also working in
administration at a Chiropractic Practice.

The VET Student Loan program is available for the SIS50319 Diploma of Sport & BSB50215 Diploma of Business. A VET Student Loan will not be approved for students who do not meet eligibility requirements. In 2021, the maximum tuition fees are: SIS50319 Diploma of Sport -$10,688.95 & BSB50215 Diploma of Business - $7,392.00. A VET Student Loan gives rise to a VETSL debt that continues to be debt due to the Commonwealth until it is repaid. In 2020, the BSB50215 Diploma of Business is delivered with Victorian and Commonwealth Government funding – eligibility criteria apply.
