Six of the Museum of Underwater Art’s next stage of sculptures
will first be launched at an exciting display at the Museum of
Tropical Queensland, before the are installed in their
underwater home. Exhibiting at the museum in Townsville until
May, the Ocean Sentinels above the surface exhibit will provide
a unique opportunity for locals and visitors to connect with the
MOUA artworks and experience their grandeur before they begin to
transform into their own micro reefs when placed on the Great
Barrier Reef.

Margaret River is the proud owner of new restaurant, Frui
Momento, a joint venture between award-winning chef Seth
James (former head chef at Wills Domain) and winemaker Larry
Cherubino.
Located in Wilyabrup, the stunning restaurant seats up to 60
Frui momento guests. The interiors feature local stone and recycled timber,
plus French doors and picturesque windows overlooking the
rose gardens, grape vines and lake.
Guests can expect a contemporary menu with a choice of two or
three courses focusing on local produce with an Asian influence,
inspired by James' travels. The restaurant also features an

Gage Roads Brew Co
Gage Roads Brew Co opened the doors to its first public-facing
venue last month, taking over the historic A Shed building at
Fremantle's Victoria Quay.
Built in 1926, the 100-metre-long dockside cargo shed at the
entrance to the harbour has been transformed into a brewery,
Gage Roads Brew Co restaurant and bar with much of the shed's heritage still
retained throughout. Located right on the Walyalup Waterfront,
the venue also includes a 100-metre strip of alfresco seating
overlooking the ocean between Fremantle and Rottnest Island.
Guests can sample the full range of Gage Roads beers on tap,
poured direct from 16 different tanks, along with a rotating list of
brewery-only beers. On the food menu, executive chef Danny
Gage roads brew co Sanchez serves up bites and share plates inspired by the sea

kitchen pass, pared-back furniture and long banquette seats

Eightysix cousin is serving classics. Think chicken Milanese with pecorino

Americano.
Taking cues from northern Italy, Grill Americano will serve meat
cooked on a Josper grill, including the "rarest wagyu breeds",

and features a a wood-fired oven from Naples. The cellar also
holds more than 2,000 bottles of wine from Australia and
abroad.
The flashy 145-seat venue is part of the 101 Collins Street

Waubs Harbour Distillery has converted an old oyster hatchery
at Bicheno on Tasmania’s east coast into a new, world-class
whisky distillery. The distillery has been imagined by the

Overeem Whisky, respectively.

Gralyn Estate opened the very first cellar door in Margaret River
in 1978 and since they built the modern cellar door upstairs, the
original has been closed to the public for many years. Gralyn
Estate has just reopened its original cellar door to offer an
intimate premium wine experience which includes a rare
opportunity to taste museum wines dating back to 1980 in a
Gralyn estate small group setting.
Guests will taste a selection of cornerstone varietals, namely
chardonnay and cabernet sauvignon, or premium fortified
wines including London Wine Compeition's 2022 Wine of the

Midgley, an ambidextrous artist and teacher who opened a
