WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU LEAVE Please read the following carefully, you will find useful information that will avoid unpleasant surprises when you recover your security deposit. It is very important that when you leave, the cottage is returned to us in the same condition as it was delivered to you. This means not only that you have done a summary household, but also that: All furniture must be in their original places, and especially that there are no outdoor chairs inside or vice versa All the dishes are in place, clean, and the dishwasher must be started with detergent before leaving. Doing your dishes does not fit into the tasks of our housekeeping team. Sheets and pillowcases, and all the dishes used must be brought to the main bathroom. IMPORTANT: Do not wash the duvet covers unless there have been special damage Boats must be returned to their seats, kayaks on their supports and pedal boats must be out of the water and inverted to prevent them from eventually filling with rain water, which then renders them impossible to return Bring all garbage and recycling bins to the corresponding bins outside the chalet. Otherwise, you will be charged and retained on your security deposit. These fees range from $ 50 minimum to the full amount if items have been broken or damaged. IMPORTANT Please remember that the toilets in the chalets are connected to septic tanks. It is absolutely forbidden to throw in anything other than regular toilet paper. Any other paper, sanitary napkins, floss or any other object can clog them quickly. If the toilets are clogged at your departure and unusual objects are found there, we would also be forced to levy an amount on your security deposit for unclogging. Our housekeeping team arrives at 11am your confirmed time of check-out and they will do an inspection of the chalet.
