The uniqueness of Catalunya, or Catalonia, which includes an autonomous community in the northeastern corner of Spain and the southernmost department of France, is readily apparent the moment travelers arrive in the region. This independent-minded “place apart” is renowned for its modernist architects and artists, not to mention its outspoken, free-thinking citizens. Catalans pride themselves on their culture and art, but it’s the wine and gastronomy that truly define them. We’ll have the opportunity to sample the finest cavas produced by local families and some of Europe’s best red wines, such as those found in Priorat, as well as many other fine wines across the Catalan region. We hope that you’ll join us! GAUDI ARCHITECTURE, B R E T T S.
