26TH ANNUAL | TEXAS MINORITY COUNSEL PROGRAM The Texas Minority Counsel Program (TMCP) is the premier client development, networking, and CLE event for attorneys in Texas. The TMCP was created in 1993 by the State Bar of Texas Diversity in the Profession Committee with the mission of increasing opportunities for minority, women, and LGBT attorneys who provide legal services to corporate and governmental clients, and to expose organizations to the legal talent of diverse attorneys in Texas.
