Helping strained relationships
The restrictions we’ve been living under and the ongoing uncertainty can put a strain
on our relationships with relatives, neighbours or communities, sometimes making it
difficult to know where to turn for help.
Mediation Surrey is a charity which brings people
together to help them cope with, resolve and
prevent dispute. The charity offers the following free
support:
• Community mediation - for disputes
  between neighbours.
• Support coaching - for those experiencing
  antisocial behaviour.
• Intergenerational mediation - for disputes within
  families, but not couples separating.
Mediation Surrey also offers family mediation
at affordable rates for couples who are divorcing
or separating.

intergenerational mediation, call 03301 340260.

HOUSING

Building new homes
We are working hard to
build affordable homes in
the district for residents on
our housing register.
Construction has started at:
Bronzeoak House: This site in Caterham Valley
will provide 12 two bedroom fats for families in
the new Bronzeoak building. In the Wadey Court
building there’ll be 14 one bedroom fats for
sheltered housing.
The construction site has been safely set up
and has CCTV. Work has started to demolish
the remaining structure, level the site and
divert drainage. The NHS Test and Trace and a
temperature access control system are in place and
being used by all site workers and visitors.

When Mrs L suffered a stroke at home, she pressed
her Lifeline alarm, notifying Mole Valley Life’s
