Garden waste collections If your garden waste collection falls on Friday 2 April, it will be collected on Saturday 3 April. From 5 April, garden waste collections will not change following bank holidays except over Christmas when the service is suspended for two weeks. HOUSING Building new homes We are working hard to build affordable homes in the district for residents on our housing register. Construction has started at: Bronzeoak House: This site in Caterham Valley will provide 12 two bedroom fats for families in the new Bronzeoak building. In the Wadey Court building there’ll be 14 one bedroom fats for sheltered housing. The construction site has been safely set up and has CCTV. Work has started to demolish the remaining structure, level the site and divert drainage.
