Ranges Ward The Perc Allison pavilion at Beaconsfield Recreation Reserve is getting a major upgrade. Works will include unisex and universally accessible change rooms for players and umpires, a first aid and injury prevention/strapping room, a gym and covered spectator viewing area. Detailed design is now complete and the tender process is underway. With increased female participation in organised sport, this project will ensure all ages and genders have equal and safe use of the facility. This project is valued at more than $630,000, with the Australian Major upgrade for Government’s Sport Australia Fund contributing $500,000. service now available Bookable hard waste A new bookable hard waste collection service is now available to Cardinia Shire households. The improved service gives residents greater flexibility to book hard waste collections at a time convenient to them. • A ll Cardinia Shire households using Council bins, including rental properties, will be able to book up to two free collections per year. • Y ou can dispose of up to two cubic meters (2m x 1m x 1m) for each collection.
