Recreation Staff & Contact Information Universal Amenity Program (UAP) All ECA home owners, family members and guests must have a valid ECA photo ID or Leslie Moses, Chief Community Living Officer leslie@eastmannh.org pass with them in order to use Eastman amenities. The UAP includes use of the pool, Christine Cecchetti, fitness center, tennis, pickleball, cross country trails and the golf driving range. Watercraft Storage DESIGN BUILD REMODEL MAINTAIN The ECA Office maintains and manages boat racks, beach storage spaces, moorings and dock slips that are available for rent to store personal watercraft on a first-come, first-served basis. Owners of boats who have not paid for storage by April 1, 2021 will receive a final notification by mail and must respond by April 15. Specific beach or rack locations cannot be guaranteed. A waiting list for preferred storage is maintained by ECA. Contact the ECA Office at (603) 863-4240 regarding available spots. Racquet Sports Tag Fees A valid photo ID or pass is required to play tennis and pickleball at Eastman. Each player’s ID or pass must be prominently displayed on the hooks provided at each court during play. Short-term renters, lot owners who have not opted-in to the UA program, and guests may purchase day passes, season passes, month passes and coupon books at the South Cove Activity Center. Courts will open as soon as weather and annual maintenance allow. Nets are taken down in October or when play becomes impossible due to weather. Adventure Program Designed for youth ages 12 to 14 who are ready to explore, learn and lead. The goal of Adventure Program is for participants to learn teamwork, mutual respect, independent thinking and some practical life skills. Participants are encouraged to expand their knowledge of the 50th Anniversary natural world while challenging themselves in a safe and encouraging environment.
