COVIDSAFE SUMMER As always, your safety and the safety of other guests, our staff and the wider community is our highest priority. Our management team have developed a ‘COVIDSafe Plan’ in line with government requirements and our staff are trained in COVID-19 best practice hygiene and cleaning procedures. We are ensuring every day that we meet government regulations and keep abreast of the best practice for the accommodation industry in managing the risks of COVID-19. A Precinct Master Plan will be developed for the caravan park. This plan will guide the future use and development of the Barwon Heads Caravan Park through outlining objectives for the park and addressing these objectives through a range of specific actions to be undertaken. We will also be developing a plan for the Riverview Family Caravan Park and Riverside Campground. The plan will be developed having regard to background research, community consultation and directions from the Barwon Coast Committee of Management. We know that you, as campers, may have some great Ideas and Input for the master-planning process. ACCOMMODATION SPECIALS As you no doubt know - we are booked solid through the summer. We then have a ‘Shoulder’ Season which runs from 1st February to the 30th April when our rates drop slightly (excluding long weekends which are charged at ‘Peak Season’ rates). You can also check the VicEmergency app for beach closures. 3. Safety is everyone’s responsibility; please observe all safety signage and don’t jump from piers and jetties this summer. Find a safe place to access the water.
