Operating in a pandemic environment, we ask that all participants read, understand, follow and respect the important guidelines below for the health and safety of everyone. SKATEBOARD PARK IS OPEN! Our Skate Host will be available to supervise and assist you 5 days a week, Tues to Saturday, 10:30 am - 2:30 pm. We are offering a variety of skill building opportunities for both new and experienced boarders. There will be skateboards and helmets available for use for free. Psychological First Aid The effects of this pandemic have challenged every individual in different ways. We have all had to adapt to a new way of life. Working through social isolation and towards this ‘new normal’ can impact our emotional and mental wellbeing. Now, more than ever before taking care of our mental health is crucial. These two online courses assist learners in developing a personal understanding of the effects of stress, loss, trauma and grief, with emphasis on self-care and personal protection. Learners will be introduced to the Red Cross Look, Listen, Link, Live model and will learn how to cope with the effects of various types of stress. For just $20 per course, you will be happy you invested in your mental health! Please ensure the email address you have in your client profile is the best way to send the course content to you.
