Commitments Made - MTU Integration Agreement (2015) Quality of the Student Experience An essential foundation ethos of the new university is that there is parity of esteem between two campuses in Cork and Kerry, and having regard to the variety of the student body in the future, that the quality of the student experience in both major campuses, supported by appropriate levels of student services, will be consistent with one another. Staff as a Key Stakeholder The MTU will continue as directed by the Minster to honour all nationally negotiated contracts and national agreements with respect to the terms and conditions of staff. There will be no compulsory redundancies and there will be no compulsory redeployment between the Cork and Kerry campuses. To read the full MTU Integration Agreement visit www.mtu.ie/documents
Commitments Made - MTU Integration Agreement (2015) University Culture To ensure the creation of a single Student Brand Experience across the Kerry and Cork campuses, we recognise the need to protect the unique ethos of both campuses and their ability to respond to regional needs. The parties see this as being one of the key enablers of MTU. To read the full MTU Integration Agreement visit www.mtu.ie/documents
