STONE GATE GUARDIANS The Stone Gate Guardians formed in November 2020 are a team of volunteers made of up residents of Stone Gate. Our members donate their time, tools and talents to help our fellow neighbors of Stone Gate who are in true need of help and do not have the physical and financial ability to resolve HOA violation problems with their homes or yards. About 40 amazing neighbors in Stone Gate have asked to join the Guardians since our inception. These folks volunteer to help with yard work, minor home improvement projects, power washing, cleaning up patios, touching up paint and we have volunteers who are willing to make grocery store runs, plants as well as rock and mulch. S-G OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. GATE AND ACCESS CONTROL REGISTRATION FORM ***IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR EVERY RESIDENT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY*** Attention Residents! Please be advised that the Board recently came to an agreement to change vendors for gate/camera maintenance and the new vendor started in November. Unfortunately, we have an urgent concern with the gate telephone entry callboxes and the Board is close to finding a resolu- tion. Our gate telephone entry callboxes are failing and need a complete upgrade. The existing system is no longer in produc- tion and parts for repairs have become increasingly difficult to find. Some of the gate entry callboxes have stopped working and is why we have gates that remain open. The other concern is that the computer that stores the database for the entire gate system failed and had to be replaced. We lost the data for all 24 gates on the Stone Gate and Canyon Lakes at Stone Gate side of the community and need to rebuild the entire database. While we work towards rebuilding, we are not able to add any new data to the individual gate callboxes as it will overwrite the existing data that is still working for many of our entrances. The onsite team will be required to re-enter the data for every single resident into their specific gate before they can upload. This presents an opportunity for us to ensure that we have the most current information from you in our system. We are re- quiring every resident that lives in a gated section to complete the attached form and return it at your earliest convenience. Residents can also complete the form online at https://forms.gle/ju5TkzvaCz9royvt8 The Board continues to research their different options to replace the gate telephone entry callboxes that will best suit our needs for the next 10-20 years. An announcement will be made once they come to an agreement. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Thank you Sincerely, Board of Directors S-G Owners Association, Inc. 6 March 2021 | S-G Owners Association, Inc.
