Infused with eight aromatic botanicals, it is flavoured with zesty orange and blossom with a hint of thyme and pairs perfectly with a Mediterranean tonic. 37.5% ABV Recipe: Orange and Blossom Gin & Tonic • 3 0cl Taste the Difference Blackfriars Orange & Blossom Gin • 90cl Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic To garnish: • ½ tsp of pink peppercorns • 1 wedge of blood orange • 1 sprig of fresh thyme The method: 1. Pour the Taste the Difference Blackfriars Orange & Blossom Gin over ice, and add the tonic so they are well combined 2. Spring Taste the Difference Marzemino This fruity and fragrant red is produced in Trentino, located in the picturesque Dolomite Summer Mountains in the north east of Italy. The grape is famed for producing refreshing reds with juicy cherry flavours and a delicate scent of violets.
