Banquets at Hodge Podge Lodge • We appreciate your interest in Hodge Podge Lodge Special Events Department, where we specialize in exceeding your expectations in detail, service and professionalism and to Create Joyful Memories Through Amazing Food and Exceptional Service. The Glass Garden and other facilities are reserved through the sales office. Office hours are 9:00am to 5;00pm Tuesday through Friday. Appointments are necessary if you’d like to meet with an Event Specialist. • All arrangements for menus and other details must be finalized four weeks prior to your event. The number of guests must be confirmed two weeks prior to your event. • All perishable food at stations or buffets events will be removed after 2 hours. We adhere strictly to all federal, State, and Local Laws regards to food and beverage purchases and consumption. • For plated dinners, there will be a $3.00 surcharge per person when selected. You must confirm in advance the specific amounts of each entrée and indicate each person’s choice to our service staff by means of place cards or nametag's. • To book your banquet services an initial first payment of 50% will be required at signing. • Please consider all your vendors example being Coordinators, Band, and Photographers to enjoy the food as well. Add them to your final head count. • Linen Fees: 85x85 (square) $5.00 per linen; 132 (round floor length) 10.00 linen, and 90x156 (rectangle) $10.00 per linen. Linen is available in white, black, or ivory. Linen fees are subject to change based on market pricing. • We are not liable for lost or damaged items left at Hodge Podge Lodge. Unusual or labor- intensive room set ups may warrant addition labor charges. • State sales tax 8.25% and a 21% production fee are applied.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS What all is included with Eatery catering services? As a full-service catering company, The Eatery provides everything needed to execute a successfully catered event. We provide all equipment needed for our onsite cooking and a full staff for setting up, serving and breaking down events. For information about other services such as rentals or décor, please contact us! What is included in this menu price? Our menu is priced per person and includes china plates, silverware, linen napkins and water goblets. Not included in this pricing is event staffing, a 21% production fee and sales tax. Please email us with a prospective guest count and a menu you would like served and we would be happy to provide you with a full quote. Do you hold tastings? Yes! We hold tastings by appointment only with the catering manager and chef. Tastings are held at The Eatery Restaurant typically last about an hour. We ask that before coming in for a tasting, you have a venue booked and have received a full proposal from us! Do you offer vegetarian or gluten free meals? What about kid’s meals? Yes, we can accommodate all guests with specialty dietary needs. Kids meals will consist of chicken fingers, macaroni and cheese and mashed potatoes and will be half the price of the adult meals. What is included with your bar and beverage services? All our bar packages are priced based on consumption. Bartenders and the number of bar set ups needed will be determined based on your venue and guest count. Please inquire with us on what kind of alcohol you’d like to have for your bar! Water comes on the table, but we will have a water station as well next to the bar on a separate table. This table also has space for any other drinks you would like to offer your guests like a tea or coffee station. Is there a fee for cake cutting? Yes and No! We offer complimentary cake cutting services if you select the Say I Do Package. After the newlyweds cut the cake, we will bring the cake back to the buffet area. We will slice and place the cake on small cake plates with cake forks and set them out on your cake table. We ask that you provide your own cake cutting and serving set and any boxes needed for saving top tier and left-over cake. When is the final guest count and payment due? Our team will begin reaching out about 2 weeks prior to your event date asking for all final details including event timelines, floor plans and guests counts including any specialty meals, kids meals or vendor meal information. At this time, we will make the adjustments to your proposal and send you a final invoice. At that time once we receive all of that information, we will send you the remaining balance of your invoice. How much food should we order? One entrée’s vs. Two Entrée’s If we are selecting a buffet option, then the number of guests you give is what we cook and charge for. Regardless of one or two entrees. Your guests will be able to choose one of each if they’d like. But we cannot have the chance to run out of food. For Plated Option, you must confirm in advance the specific amounts of each entrée and indicate each person’s choice to our service staff by means of place cards or nametag's.
The Eatery Catering, Promotions, and Special Events We have created a planning timeline to assist with the detailing process, creating a customized menu, and finalize all special requests for your special event. Call to set up final Detail meeting two weeks before your event 1. Final Detail Meeting: Please bring a seating diagram, floor 2 WEEKS PRIOR chart, and all specific details regarding the event. 2.
