SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES The following sponsorship benefit packages are customised to ensure that they are aimed at achieving the specific objectives of each sponsor and to maximise the sponsor’s visibility and recognise their contribution to the success of the Conference. TECHNICAL PAPER PROMOTION/ ADVERTISING ZAR 8,500 Take up a slot during the presentation segment and promote your businesses, this will be a pre-recorded video/presentation highlighting your organization to give our delegates a technical virtual tour of your facility or operations. Alternatively, your organisation can use these slots to highlight papers submitted and accepted for CLIC2021 via a recorded video. The industry presentation slot in the program will allow for 5-10min of video presentation. 2. ANNOUNCEMENT & VIDEO ADVERTISEMENTS ZAR 5 000 A 2-minute video advertisement during various sessions over three days of the conference (Max 2 sessions).
3. LOGO TRANSITIONS ZAR 2,500 An opportunity to have your company logo transition between speakers in 2 sessions Sponsorship opportunities will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
