Thereafter, all applications will be treated on a ‘first-come-first-served’ basis starting from the exact date and time of the official sales opening in May 2020. Applications must be submitted through the industry Online portal. Requests and/or orders submitted by email will not be accepted. Click here to access the 29th EADV Congress Industry Online Portal. If you already have an account: Please access with the same credentials. If you have never registered: Please Sign Up and fill in all requested information to create your account. Please note that all opportunities listed on the online portal require acceptance of the EADV General Terms and Conditions. An invoice payable within 30 days is sent to the company after approval of the application by the EADV. Payments can be made by bank transfer only. Credit cards are not accepted. For special invoice requirements or changes of invoicing address, please contact the Exhibition Department (exhibition@eadvcongress.org). Please note that for any invoicing detail’s changes received after issuing of the invoice, an administrative fee of EUR 60 will be applied. For the applications received after the deadlines a full payment is required within 1 week. Non-payment by this deadline lead to the cancellation of any services booked. 1.3 Educational sponsorship opportunities The educational opportunities as described are not definitive and may be subject to minor changes. For any tailored projects or suggestions, the EADV is open to discuss the opportunities and find a suitable solution to collaborate. PRACTICAL WORKSHOPS/LIVE DEMONSTRATIONS The EADV is providing an expanded range of workshops and live demonstrations for technical hands-on experience in 2020. The EADV selects a fine team of chairs and speakers for these practical workshops. The sponsors of these workshops are acknowledged at the session, in the congress documentation and the congress app. The workshops can be repeated during the course of the congress if there is a high demand. Each workshop lasts 3 hours. Please contact us for more information about Practical Workshop topics. Subjects are treated with different approaches and from different perspectives depending on the level and structure of the session. Ten renowned specialists in cosmetic and aesthetic dermatology are combining their knowledge and experience once again to satisfy your requests for excellence and training in aesthetics and cosmetic dermatology. The participants receive a voucher in order to collect the USB Key. Possible collection point can be the sponsor’s booth for HCPs and the EADV Resource Centre booth or a different dedicated stand in a general area for non-HCP. It has several screens on which participants can read and consult the accepted abstracts at any moment. The sponsorship includes the logo of the sponsor as screensaver on the computers and an acknowledgement on the app and in the final programme. Important note: Restricted to company branding only, no product advertising is allowed. Branding artwork and production in the area is included and organized by EADV in collaboration with the sponsor. The area is available for all speakers and free communication presenters during the entire Congress. 1.7 Lanyards SOLD Every participant receives a lanyard with the badge. Since badges must be worn at all times during the Congress events, participants naturally rely on the fabric neck cords with a clip to display their badges. Sponsors are welcome to supply lanyards customized with both company and EADV logo. Number of Lanyards must to be confirmed with the EADV. Exclusive sponsorship EUR 20’000 + VAT if applicable 1.8 Pocket Guide SOLD The Pocket Guide contains the agenda of the scientific sessions as well as general information about the Congress and the exhibition. It is distributed on site to all participants. This option is available only to companies advertising non-prescription medication or devices and to companies branding. The advertisement or logo is printed on the back cover. The deadline for application is 6 May 2020 and the deadline for the submission of the advertisement material is 1 June 2020. Exclusive sponsorship EUR 8’000 + VAT if applicable 1.9 Congress Wi-Fi SOLD The Wi-Fi system at Austria Center Vienna during the Congress is available for sponsorship. The EADV will implement the Network name with the sponsor company name in addition to publishing a full page on the EADV Final Programme entirely dedicated to the Wi-Fi information. The artwork with crop marks must be supplied from the sponsor to the EADV Exhibition department by and no later than 30 July 2020 and requires approval by the EADV. ® Table of contents 2 ADVERTISEMENT 2.1 Congress e-Blast The specialised e-Blast builds brand connections, drives traffic to the booth and events and expands the company’s reach before and after the meeting. These targeted e-Blasts are sent to all registered participants having accepted to receive industry information related to the congress. Advertisement of prescription medicines and product names are not allowed. The required format for the e-Blast is HTML.
