WELCOME VOLUNTEERS Thank you for volunteering at the 14th Annual South Carolina Strawberry Festival. As a Strawberry Festival volunteer, you'll be doing hands-on work at the festival, establishing yourself as part of the Fort Mill community, and most importantly, having fun! For those coming from outside the Town of Fort Mill area to volunteer, we would like to thank you for helping the South Carolina Strawberry Festival have an impact on even more communities. This handbook should be used as a resource for volunteering at the festival. Inside we provide an overview of the festival, important dates, and what you can expect as a volunteer. Please read this handbook carefully and refer to these pages if you have any i questions. The more comfortable you are with your duties, the better the festival will be. If you have any questions that may not be answered in this handbook, please contact Volunteer Coordinator Deana Griffin at dgriffin@fortmillsc.gov or 839-214-5898. The festival has a week full of events, from April 14 through May 6, 2023.
