But he did know he needed help with his young home-building company in Moncton, New Brunswick. He was having trouble attracting clients in a tough market. And he had no money for advertising. Martell decided to harness the low-cost power of social media. He created a YouTube channel and posted short interviews with contractors offering renovation tips.
