Prices on application Weddings Payment & Cancellation Policy: Deposit - Upon confirmation, a 25% non-refundable deposit is payable to the wholesaler. Payment of this deposit is made to the Hotel Company should the wedding cancel. Cancellation - If made within 90 days of the planned ceremony will incur a penalty of 100% of the total cost of services booked. Other Requirements for Getting Married in Fiji are Original or certified copy of Birth Certificates, Passport (check visitors permit if valid or obtain approval letter from Immigration Department), In case of a second marriage, either a Decree Absolute or a Death Certificate is required, Consent of the father if under the age of 18 years or mother if father is deceased, Single Status Declaration or Certificate of No Impediment and Name of two witnesses who are 18 years of age or over. Note Weddings are not conducted on Sundays or Public Holidays and No weddings are conducted from 24 December 2018 to 03 January 2018. Child Policy 2 Children 6 years and under stay free when sharing a room with parents and utilizing existing bedding 3 Children under 17 years stay free when sharing a room with parents "and utilizing existing bedding in Deluxe Ocean Family and Executive Suite Baby cots may be added at no charge. Kids Club The resort offers wide range of complimentary facilities and children's activities in the Little Chief's Club for children aged 4 to 12years. Children under four years old require supervision of either the parent or a baby- sitter. Booking Policy A Minimum of 3 nights is required for guests staying during the period: 23 December 2018 to 05 January 2019(Christmas and Year- end) New Year’s Eve/ Special Events The New Year’s Eve Dinner is compulsory for guests staying over 31 December 2017. Retail prices will apply and these will be charged directly to the guestsrooms and will be settled at check-out. Cancellation Policy 26 April 2018 to 30 June 2018, 28 July 2018 to 19 September 2018, 21 October 2018 to 22 December 2018 & 11 January 2019 to 31 March 2019 Bookings cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 1 night's accommodation. 01 April 2018 to 25 April 2018, 01 July 2018 to 27 July 2018, 20 September 2018 to 20 October 2018 & 23 December 2018 to 10 January 2019 Bookings cancelled within 14-8 days of arrival will incur a charge of 1 night's accommodation. Bookings cancelled within 7 days of arrival (including no shows and early departures) will incur a charge of 100% of the total booking amount. Amendment Policy Amendments to dates of stay or guest name within 21 days prior to original booking arrival date will incur an administration fee of FJ$50 per change. Additional information: No Cash Policy: The Resort has "No Cash Policy" at all the Food & Beverages,CHI The Spa,Sports & Recreation outlets and Concessionaires - except Prouds Duty Free and Shell Market. Credit Card details will be requested from Guests at check-in and it will be updated in our system. All guest to be notified of the "No Cash Policy" when they are making their booking and this must also be included in their itinerary. Pre-Authorization Process: Upon check in, the resort will ask for a credit card or cash as deposit.The F$150 pre-authorization per night is for All guests that check in to the Resort and is basically to confirm that the guest has sufficient funds to pay for their incidentals(i.e. food& beverage,telephone calls & etc) If credit card is the selected option, the Resort gets a pre-authorization on the value to be held against the credit card and released if the same credit card is used for settlement of final bill, at check out.
