REFLECTION:
Decisions are tough sometimes, especially when it comes to which path in life to take. This
is when we can ask God to assist us through the scriptures, through prayer and through
those he sends to us. Our House charisms are also guide posts for us to follow and we take
a moment to thank God for these.
Lord, help us to choose the path of Valour, give us the will and strength to be brave
when making decisions about our futures.
Lord, help us to choose the path of Justice, guide us in our dealings with others so
we are fair and just, speaking up when we see injustice.
Lord, help us to choose the path of Liberation, steer us towards opportunities to free
others from poverty and distress.
Lord, help us to choose the path of Vision, help us to look to and work for a positive
future for ourselves and our world.
Lord, help us to choose the path of Mercy, chart our course so we can forgive others
and move into the future free from resentment.
Lord, help us to choose the path of Compassion, assist us to show empathy to those
who are hurting and lead us into a kinder future.
Lord, help us to choose the path of Courage, give us the strength to choose the right
path when life presents us with difficult choices.
Lord, help us to choose the path of Generosity, direct us to share what we have with
others and to work towards a more equitable future.

Lord God,
You entrust us to your mission of building the kingdom and making the world a
better place. We ask you to bless these badges and ties and we pray that the Year
12s, who now help to lead this community, will grow and develop as they discover
their own strengths and gifts. May they use their gifts in Your service and follow
in the footsteps of Jesus.

These symbols are the outward sign to our College community that they accept the responsibilities that leadership brings.
