Introduction to Shakespeare http://members.aye.net/~gharris/blog/william-shakespeare.jpg Shakespeare is arguably the most prominent figure in English literature of all times. But who was this “man for all times”? What was his world like? What inspired him? And did he truly author his plays and sonnets?
Webquest Instructions (Double Quiz Grade) For each topic, type 5 to 10 bullet Review/Research each points of interesting information that of the six topics about you gather from the provided sites Shakespeare: and films. Era Cite each bullet point with the name of the website or of the film. Put in Life own words – no direct quotes. Theater You must use at least one film per Playsand Sonnets topic If fact is found together, write both Language names after fact. If facts are found Authorship individually, write single name after fact. Each grouping of facts must represent work from ALL students!)

Shakespeare’s Life “Ben Jonson called Shakespeare, "A man for all times". Shakespeare was born in England in 1564. He belonged to an acting company that performed indoors and out.
