FULL MENU AVAILABLE ALL DAY Polly’s pancakes
and waffles are prepared
from our own recipes. To serve
the lightest, fluffiest and tastiest
pancakes possible we use organically
grown buckwheat, whole wheat, and
cornmeal. We stone grind all our flours right
here at Polly’s! Any white flour comes from
King Arthur Flour. Whole grain pancakes
contain no added sugar. Our pancakes are
roughly 3 1/4” in diameter (the size of this
circle) and are prepared by your server.
Since we do process flour here, nothing
we serve can be guaranteed 100%
gluten free; however we do have
several “as gluten free as we
can make it” items. Ask
Included with every meal are the products on the maple tray, for details.
PURE MAPLE SYRUP, POLLY’S PURE MAPLE SPREAD,
