PREPARATION (The regeneration time always depends on the type of appliance used, its output and the product’s temperature.)
In-store baking oven: Pre-heat the oven to 230 °C. Take 10 Sneggs, place them on a tray and bake for approx.
10 minutes.
Merrychef/ Atollspeed: Take individual Sneggs and heat them at 250 °C and 100 % fan speed setting. Heat for approx.
1:20 minutes.
Microwave: Take individual Sneggs and heat them at 1000 watts for approx. 1:45 minutes. Cover Sneggs when heating.
Combi-steamer: Pre-heat combi-steamer to 120-130 °C. Take 10 Sneggs, place them on a tray and heat at 60 % humidty.
Please note: These instructions apply for Snegg which have been taken from the freezer immediately before preparation, at a temperature of -18 °C.

Combi-steamer with hot air convection/steam: Pre-heat combi-steamer to 120–130 °C and take 10 egg patties, place
them on a tray and heat for approx. 10–12 minutes.
Microwave at 1000 watts: Take individual egg patties and heat for approx. 1:45 minutes.
Microwave at 1800 watts: Take individual egg patties and heat for approx. 1:00 minute. Cover egg patties when heating.
Contact grill: Take individual egg patties and defrost before grilling. Pre-heat the grill then grill egg patties at a setting of
5 to 7 for approx. 1:10 minutes.
Expert tip: Delicious bread roll snacks with egg patties are ideal for preparation in a Merrychef.

Microwave: Place the frozen scrambled eggs into a microwaveable dish and heat at 1000 watts for 1:45 minutes.
Combi-steamer: Place 1000 g frozen scrambled eggs into the combi-steamer at 110 °C and heat with steam for
10–12 minutes. Then Eifix scrambled eggs are ready to serve.
2 minute scrambled eggs in microwave pouch: Individual scrambled egg portions are available in practical microwave
pouches, which can be placed directly in the microwave. Heated at 1000 watts for 1:45 minutes, you can enjoy scrambled
eggs in under 2 minutes. Just cut open the pouch and serve.

Combi-steamer using steam: We recommend regeneration in a combi-steamer using steam. Take frozen fried eggs and
place them in a pre-heated combi-steamer at 100 °C. Heat for 6 minutes.
Microwave: You can also heat the fried eggs in a microwave.
At 600 watts, heat the fried eggs for 2:10 minutes. At 1000 watts, you only need 1:20 minutes to heat the fried eggs.
