A bit about me
AND THIS CRAZY "JOB"
I began working as a part time photographer while in University, I moved into my studio and
started working full time from June 2016 and the rest is history.
I have photographed over 400 Childrens sessions, so I can assure you theres nothing I haven't
seen before and I enjoy capturing the personality and stage of every child.
I dont faff with paper backdrops or expect children to sit still on a stool and pose, that would
be very boring! I much prefer to capture kids as they are; cheeky, shy, smiley & curious they
all rock!
I am passionate about giving variety and choice to my clients and simple pricing is at the core
of this, no confusing session and digital fees just one price gets all. Printing services/USBs are
an optional extra, clients are by no means obligated to take.
I consider myself lucky to have the best job in the world and to be working at full capicity all
year round, so thank you for considering me to capture your tribe!

Timeline
FOR BOOKINGS & SESSIONS
Online Booking
I'm very thankful to be super busy so I do recommend booking weekends 1-3 months in
advance and weekdays 1-2 months ahead. During wedding season April-September I may
only have 3-5 weekend days in the studio for sessions.
Once you are ready to go ahead I can offer session slots to choose from and I’ll send you
a personal link to complete your booking form, contract & pay £30/£50 Deposit to secure
your space.
Shoot day
I look forward to meeting you all at the studio, please try to be punctual as I have multiple
sessions per day but always leave a 30-60min buffer between sessions in case we run over so
don’t stress!
Dropoff ’s at the bus stop (or park there on Sundays) are handy and let your companion
park the car to save walking, just let me know if I can give you a hand up the stairs.
Bring all the Coffee, snacks, bribes you need for the session.
All well behaved fur babies and grandparents are welcome too!
I have LOTS of props but love it if clients bring some relevant/personal ones, Personalised
decorations, favourite toys, birthday decor etc all work really well and I can choose my de-
cor to match what you have brought.
We will spend some time at the start of your session chatting through image/style/colour
preferences to make sure I have a good understanding of your tastes and expectations.
Sibling/Family photos are more than welcome, I usually prefer to start with the child/kids
on their own so they don’t get used to having adults with them for photos but sometimes
for timid children we can ease them in by starting with group photos.
I start with images in the plain white space (or festive trees if available Nov-Jan) followed
by family, then creative set if included (Bath,teepee,stars etc) and end with birthday photos/
cake smash. This way children are eased from no props-lots of props so they don’t get used
to having lots of things to play with/destroy! lol
Preview & Delivery
I prepare a same day preview of your session (I want to see how they turned out as much as
you do) and this can be shared online or right into your personal image gallery for privacy.
Delivery of images is 1-3 weeks later depending on time of year but if your dying to see any
other images or have a different deadline I can try my best to accommodate.

Delivery
OF IMAGES
Within 2-3 weeks Clients all receive a personal online gallery with free downloads of all
high resolution images, no catches or extra charges.
The gallery is active for 3-4 months to encourage clients to log in and save a backup or place
orders before expiry. After 6 months due to technology changes and data storage I can't
guarantee having a studio backup.
I can extend galleries for 2 months at a time if you notify me when you receive expiry email.
You can order photographic prints & canvas’ right from inside your gallery which arrive at
your door in 3-6 working days.
Feel free to share your link with friends and family for them to log in and save/view the
images.
USB drives of images are available for £20 and are a great way to keep a forever backup, I
can prepare these the day after gallery delivery for posting or collection.
Please tag @sashatreanorphotography when sharing to help spread the word and I also ask
you not to add social media filters to images, it distorts images and can confuse clients as to
what to expect from my images

Wall Art
PRINTING MENU
Clients are free to order their own prints, however I do have a selection of signature pieces
for the home available handmade to order and come in a variety of frame finishes as a heat
sealed print.
Heat sealed images are treated to allow the image to be preserved and displayed without
glass to give the full affect without reflection or glare and a professional look that you can’t
get on the high street.
I also can price up custom jobs to order or any size print to fit existing frames at home or
suggest what would work well in your space, basically anything goes!

SOME COMMON WORRIES AND QUESTIONS
Running Late
Your not the only one! I totally know what its like trying to leave the house with a toddler, and I often wonder
how families with more than one child make it out of the house at all! Don't worry I leave a 30 minute buffer
between sessions even on the busiest days so I can still give you your full time when your up to 15mins late.
What to bring
Juice and snacks seem risky especially if coming for a cake smash but I really want the child to play with the
cake rather than eat so much they get sick, Cakes can be dry and juice/water on standby is almost always
needed and snacks are a great way to distract children while I set up different themes.
Bring 1-3 outfits for your mini model and something cosy if going home after a cake smash. I
Personally like a casual, fancy and birthday outfit and these vary depending on your own littles style. Dunga-
rees with no vest, printed vests or bloomers work really well for cake smash.
Props are totally optional and I have lots and lots aside from balloons and cakes which can be
Provided by parents if wanted for sessions. However It is really lovely to see personalised decor and favourite
toys in for sessions to make them more personal and remember the stage they are at. Brining some birthday
party decor can also make sessions super personal to your tastes.
Cake is optional for birthday photos, some of my favourite birthday sessions have been with a simple cupcake
or baby opening some presents/ playing with toys. If you do choose to bring a cake anything goes but small
7-10 inch cakes are plenty. Home made rustic cakes are my favourite. If your having a cake made tell a baker
its for a cake smash so the icing isn’t sickly sweet for a toddler taller styles work well and I use a cake stand
for shorter cakes. More icing is not always better as kids fill up on that and paint themselves without even
wanting to eat the actual cake. Beware of sweeties on shop bought cakes as they can be a choking hazard and
I would remove them before session starts.
My Kids Shy/Sleepy/Teething
Do. not. panic. I’ve seen littles at every end of the spectrum and I’ve gotten pretty good at gauging how to
balance lots of fun with chat and quiet time and some of the best images I’ve ever taken are of shy babies big
curious looks and I would never expect them to be super smiley. I also have ADHD & Autism training and
experience working with children with additional needs I can adapt sessions to suit them and capture beauti-
ful memories.
What if they don’t smash the cake?
This is so normal! what we are asking a child to do in a cake smash is very un-natural so it can take some
coaxing and even then most prefer to ignore the adults and eat to their hearts content. Most cake smashes get
messy when a guardian steps in to break up the cake and reveal the sponge.
Don’t worry about the mess after that’s what your paying me to clean up! But baby is your job and a towel/wet
facecloth are the best ways to clean them up as wipes can be cold and abrasive especially for a tired toddler!Example Session 6

That's next to Portadown Library, through the same front door as
Chimes Coffee House and up the stairs to the 2nd floor.
(Give me a buzz from hallway doorbell if you need help up the stairs with
bags or babies or have additional needs)
Parking is available outside on street for one hour, on the bus stop after
6:15pm and on Sundays
Free in Fairgreen carpark (duke street)
or pay and display at Magowan West or William Street carparks, all of
which are within 5 minutes walk

Drink & Snack
Cake baloons & props if necessary
Remaining payment due on the day via Cash, Paypal or Transfer.
