Application and Selection Process Applying for this autism@work program means you are self-identifying as autistic and successful candidates will be a part of the first Salesforce Autism@Work program. How to Apply The application process for the Specialisterne Informational Workshops and for the Assessment Program is managed by Specialisterne USA. Apply by August 23, 2019: 1. Use the following naming convention when naming your documents: First, Last, type of document. For example, John Doe Resume. 2. Apply by filling out the Specialisterne questionnaire Click here *Please note, former applications to Specialisterne USA will not register you as applied to Salesforce. Please make sure you fill out the Salesforce application survey. Informational Workshops The Informational Workshops will be conducted so applicants can be introduced to Specialisterne’s Assessment process as well as Salesforce and the positions that are available as part of this program. Candidates must bring: ● Written autistic diagnosis Post-Informational Workshops Successful candidates will be asked to solve a HackerRank problem in Java before the final invite to join the Four-Week Specialisterne Assessment. If selected and successfully passed HackerRank, candidates must enroll to their local Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) office if they have not already done so. Four-Week Specialisterne Assessment Those demonstrating appropriate interest and aptitude at the Informational Workshops may be invited to take an online coding exercise and participate in a four-week skills evaluation and assessment program at Salesforce offices. The slots available as part of this assessment are limited. All transportation and accommodations will be paid by each individual participant. During the four-week assessment, applicants for this pilot program will be evaluated, assessed and selected according to the standard Specialisterne methodology, while becoming familiar with Salesforce. Please note: Candidates who successfully complete the Specialisterne USA Assessment will be able to add Agile Scrum and the Specialisterne Work Ready Certification to their resumes. A committee of Specialisterne, EvoLibri and Salesforce employees will conclude which candidates are most suitable to get a offer of employment.
