                       «Russian Wrap Masters Cup 2019».

                                    1. General Provisions

 2. Vinyl Styling Championship "Russian Wrap Masters Cup 2019" is a competition for wrap
    masters. It is held in Moscow from 21 to 24 October 2019.
 3. Russian Wrap Masters Cup is the stage of the World Wrap Masters Championship.
 4. The winner of the competition is selected directly to the grand finale of the World Wrap
    Masters 2020.
 5. The organizer of the Championship of Russia is LLC VINK and the Russian Wrap Masters
    group.
 6. The purpose of the competition is promotion of vinyl styling ideas, increase the
    professionalism of the wrap masters, the exchange of experience and increase the level
    of wrap masters communication, the development of the Russian vinyl styling
    community.
 7. Competitions are held on an individual basis on the basis of mutual respect, fair
    competition, honest sports spirit.
 8. The organizers reserve the right to change the points of the rules without additional
    agreement until the start of the Championship.

                              2. Registration of participants.

  1. Every participant must make a preliminary registration, pay a participant fee and be
     registered on the first day before the opening of the competition.
2. Preliminary registration must be done before 23:59 (Moscow time) on October 9, 2019
     and participant mast pay the registration fee. If there is a controversial situation about
     regarding the time of registration or the fact of filing an application, the organizers have
     the right to make decisions on registration of the participant's application.
  3. The application is submitted on the official competitions website rwm-cup.ru, or a special
     registration form, which is sent to the e-mail reg@rwm-cup.ru.
  4. Preliminary registration is considered completed after sending the completed application
     form, making a contribution of the participant and receiving confirmation of registration
     from the organizers.
  5. Ways of payment of the participant's contribution: by bank transfer in the branch of any
     bank to the account of the organization for the details indicated on the participant's

preliminary registration page, by bank transfer to the account of the organization in the
   "Sberbank-online" system, by the details specified on the participant's preliminary
   registration page, on " Yandex.Money "through the payment form on the site rwm-
   cup.ru, in cash before the start of the event.
6. The cost of participation in the championship is 220 euro.
7. The first twenty pre-registered participants may choose the participant's number. Other
   participants receive the numbers in the sequence of their registration.
   Participants of the competition must register from 9.00 to 9.20 at the first competition
   day October 21, 2019 at the front desk. The participant is considered registered after he
   is marked in the registration list, has handed over the signed agreement on exemption
   from responsibility and received the participant's package. The participant should bring a
   signed agreement on exemption from liability to speed up the registration process. If the
   participant can not print the agreement, he can sign it at the competitions.

                                       1. Competitors.

1. Competitors (wrap masters) compete professionally and honestly, observing the norms
   of sports morality.
2. A citizen of any state who works or works in the field of vinyl styling can take part in
   competitions.
3. Participants of the competition must wear special T-shirts from organizers at the
   competition time. T-shirts will be issued in the participant's package. Competitors must
   not wear other clothes, uniforms or objects on top of the competitor T-shirt during the
   stages of the competition. The text and information about the competitor on the placed
   RWM T-shirt must be accessible to the judges, spectators and other competitors and it
   can not be covered by other inscriptions, stickers, etc.
4. Participants of the competitions allow their data, such as last name, first name, patronymic, the
   name of the studio, as well as photographs and video materials with their participation, made
   during the period of the competition, to be used for publication and other information purposes.
5. Competitors must have a tool kit in any quantity, for example, a knife, squeegee, scissors, hair
   dryer, magnets, rag, cleaner (alcohol), a belt bag for tools, a Knifeless tape. Each master
   independently decides what instrument he needs to participate in the competition. Organizers
   will be able to provide some types of tools, but its number is limited and, above all, will be
   intended as a spare for emergency cases.
6. The winner of the RWM championship must have valid documents to enter the territory of
   Germany in order to take advantage of the main prize. The monetary or other replacement of the
   prize is not issued.
7. In case of violation of the rules by the competition participant, the organizers can give him a
   warning, and the competitor must do everything possible to observe the conditions and observe
   them in the future. If a competitor breaks the rules one more time, he will be disqualified.

2. Judges.

1. The judges of the competitions carry out expert, impartial and objective refereeing.
2. Refereeing is provided by a group of judges. They monitor compliance with competition
   rules, advise participants on them, evaluate the work of masters, and decide on
   disqualification. Disqualification is appointed in case of violation of these regulations,
   competition rules and in the case of unsportsmanlike conduct.
3. If one of the judges can not take part in the competitions by circumstances of force
   majeure, the new judge may be appointed at the organizers discretion, or this judicial
   place may be closed.
4. Refereeing is carried out on the scorecard to measure. Results are unknown until the
   announcement. Judges should not inform the participants about the points they received
   before it is officially announced.
5. Judges check the quality of the participants' works, taking into account certain
   parameters, they fill out special. The speed of work is assessed by the judges, but is
   always quality of work is more important than speed.
6. Finalists and winners are selected by the sum of their points, after the collegial council of
   judges.

                                  3. Competition stages

1. Competitions are held in three stages: qualifying stage, semi-final and final.
2. 20 participants enter the semi-finals, which scored more points in the qualifying stage on
   the first day of the competition.
3. The main criterion for assessing the work is the quality of their performance for a limited
   time. The speed of work will also be assessed, but to a lesser extent. The quality of the
   work is always more important than the execution time. The work done not to the end,
   but with a better quality than that performed in full, can get more points.
4. If the competitor is injuring the car, he may be disqualified from the competition. To
   avoid damage, participants will be given out Knifeless tapes, which they can use during
   the competition.
5. Participants are prohibited to use self-prepared soap solutions during the competition
   stages.
6. The qualifying stage consists of two rounds, which reveal the versatile skills of the
   masters in working with vinyl film. The evaluation criteria are based on a qualitative
   result and are considered in detail in the rules.
7. During the qualifying stage, the masters in the first round will have to make creative
   wrapping of difficult car surface with colored films. In the second round, the masters will
   pattern wrapping by printed films on a complex object.
8. Participants will be divided into groups by the drawing of lots for two rounds of the
   qualifying stage. Both tours will be held simultaneously.
9. During the first round of the semi-final the masters make pattern wrap several car
   elements with a printed film. In the second round they do creative wrap of electric guitar.

10. In the final round, the car will be wrapped with printing films.
11. The organizers reserve the right to change the conditions of tours and wrapping objects
    and the number of semi-finalists.
12. Estimated duration of the tour for one participant. The first round will last 0.5 hours, the
    second round will last 1 hour, the first round of the semifinals - 1 hour, the second round
    of the semifinals - 1 hour. Final - 2 hours.
13. The number of previously received points is reset to zero in the final, and only the points
    received in the final are taken into account.

                                       4. Materials.

1. The competitions are held using self-adhesive films of the German manufacturer Orafol.
2. Self-adhesive films are used for competitions: Orajet 3951, Oracal 970, Oracal 975,
   laminating film Oraguard 290.
3. There are separate places where masters can be trained in working with films to
   familiarize themselves with the properties of films.

                                         5. Winner

1. The winner of the competition is the master who scored the most points in the final.
2. The winner of the competition is selected from Russia directly to the Grand Final of the
    World Wrap Masters World Wrap Masters 2019-2020.
3. The winner receives the main prize is a trip to the World Wrap Masters championship
    2019-2020.
4. The trip includes tickets to the venue of the competition, accommodation and an entry
    fee paid by the organizers of the RWM Cup 2019.
5. Attributes and accompaniment of the winner are also carried out by the organizers of the
    Russian stage of the competition.
6. The winner gives his consent to the possibility of using interviews with them, as well as
    any other information forms, by the organizers of the championship for promotion
    purposes.
7. The master who receives the main prize, gives his consent to his daily audio and video
    shooting for a documentary, during a trip to the World Wrap Masters World Cup. At the
    same time, the master should support the shooting and not give up on it.
8. The master, who received the main prize, agrees to be part of the time in the brand-
    name T-shirt RWM during the trip to the World Wrap Masters 2020.
9. The RWM Cup 2019 winner, which goes to the grand finale of the World Wrap Masters
    2020 competition, agrees to wear specially made for the competition, which has various
    attributes including symbols of the Russian Federation, as well as information support
    during the competition.
10. The monetary compensation of the prize is not paid.

11. In case the winner of the Russian stage can not go to the World Wrap Masters 2020 for
      objective or subjective reasons, the runner-up will go instead of him. If the runner-up is
      also unable to go, the right is transferred to the third-place participant, etc.
  12. In order to receive the main prize, the competitor must have a foreign passport with the
      expiry of the validity period not later than January 2021.
  13. Competitors, who took the second and third place receive incentive prizes from the
      sponsors of the competitions.

                              6. Advertising and promotion.

   1. The photo, video, printed and electronic materials provided by the organizers can be
      used only with reference to the organizers, and the resources from which the
      information was obtained. Publications on social networks, twitter, Instagram - must be
      accompanied by a hash tag of competitions - #russianwrapmasters, # rwmcup2019.
   2. Placement of advertising information on competition, it is any distribution or other
      forms of brands and goods promotion is possible only with the written consent of the
      organizers. In case of secondary non-observance of this rule by the competitors, they
      are disqualified.
   3. Promotion and advertising of films for auto-styling, as well as any other goods are
      possible only with the written permission of the organizers for pre-registered
      companies.
   4. When carrying out unauthorized advertising, marketing and other commercial activities,
      its executing persons will be obliged to leave the territory of the competition.
   5. People carrying out unauthorized advertising, marketing and other commercial activities
      will be required to leave the territory of the competition.

                                        7. Organization

   1. The organizer of the event is LLC "Vink".
   2. LLC "Vink" is the main company supporting materials, renting premises and expenses.
