The flexible powerhouse for pros Floor sawing system RSF 820 The all-rounder for various floor sawing jobs The RSF 820 can be equipped with various mounting kits and allows the user to perform multiple cutting or grinding applications with only one basic machine. Our engineers were able to draw on 40 years of experience in the development of this fully hydraulic floor sawing system. In addition to the existing expertise, special wishes and requirements of our customers were also incorporated. The RSF 820 is particularly flexible in the configuration and positioning of the operator station. Various attachment points allow mounting on all sides of the machine. Operation and monitoring are carried out intuitively via a keypad and a joystick. Durable, sustainable and smart design Often, design features that are not visible at first glance are of elementary importance for the sustainable benefit of a working machine. The rugged frame with mounting options on all sides or the use of high-quality and durable components as well as aggregates from reputable manufacturers are examples of this. Since particular attention was paid to the dimensions, the RSF 820 has a very compact design. Of course, the machine is also equipped with the latest exhaust gas treatment. Non-productive times for maintenance work are reduced to a minimum by an optimal access to the engine and other maintenance-relevant parts. A clean-up of the air filter consumes a few seconds only, for example. Reliability of supply first and foremost For sure, a defect can also occur on an RSF 820. To keep downtime as short as possible, we are building up a close-knit service network. This is how we ensure the fast and reliable supply of spare parts and services. Customized solutions? Even the most sophisticated machine cannot cover every conceivable application. Our experienced engineers will be happy to advise you, even on site. We adapt your machine exactly to your special requirements. Whatever challenges you have, we will find a solution together. 2

Mounting kit standard cut TS 1500 The mounting kit standard cut is used for make vertical cuts in surfaces of concrete or asphalt. The change of the blade mounting side is carried out by pivoting the blade drive motor which is attached centrally to the longitudinal axis of the machine. Standard and suction blade guards for blade diameters of 800, 1000, 1200 and 1500 mm are available. Mounting kit grooving GG 300 When grooving, defined textures or grooved pro- files are inserted into road surfaces or runways. Different functions are ensured depending on the grinding pattern. Examples are increased grip, water drainage or reduction of the noise level. The mounting kit GG 300 is suitable for working on small or medium working surfaces. For bigger projects, RELLOK has its own machine class - the bump cutters. Special application Microtrenching With its Rellok cutting solutions brand, Koller is one of the pioneers who helped microtrenching technology achieve a breakthrough. This low-destruction and very fast method is used to lay empty conduits for communication cables in existing traffic areas or hard rock substructures. This method uses diamond saw blades to cut wide joints in the surfaces. Water-saving moistening technology in a special blade guard binds dust and optimizes material discharge. It cannot fall back into the joint, but is piled up at the edge of the joint and later disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner. Immediately after the cut, a defined bulk material is inserted into the joint via a trailing bulk material hopper. This forms the foundation for the empty conduits, which are now laid in the required number and design by using a feeding device. After that, the joint is filled and sealed. Time-consuming and costly earthworks at the edge of the traffic areas are avoided as far as possible. With the Microtrenching mounting kits MTS and MTM 4x4, based on the fully-hydraulic floor sawing system RSF 820, RELLOK provides the professional equipment for the application of this future-oriented cable laying technology. The empty conduits are inserted into the joint via the feeding device. The ends of the empty conduits are sticking out the sealed installation joint of the cut. 7

Microtrenching mounting kit MTM 4x4 Fig. with optional equipment Advanced functions of RSF 820 MTM 4x4 The positioning of the blade in the geometric center of the RSF 820 MTM 4x4 reduces shear forces. These must be compensated for by steering corrections when arranged laterally. Eliminating these forces reduces tool wear while increasing feed rate. Higher daily outputs are achieved with reduced saw blade costs. In addition, the RSF 820 MTM 4x4 is equipped with a feeding device for inserting empty conduits directly after the joint has been cut, as well as a bulk hopper for fixing the empty conduits and pre-filling the joint. The machine has four-wheel drive as standard. bulk hopper RSF 820 MTS RSF 820 MTM 4x4 max. cutting depth 380 mm max. blade diameter 1000 mm bore hole 35 mm + 6-hole on pitch circle 120 mm max. clamping range 40 mm blade mounting side right or left center blade drive hydraulic rpm cutting shaft 700 - 2500 stepless rotation direction same / counter shiftable up/down blade/blade guard elektro-hydraulic drive motor type Perkins Turbo Diesel 904 output 82 kW emission level EU Stage V, EPA Tier 4 final feed drive hydraulic 2 hub wheel motors 4 hub wheel motors drive speed (work/travel) 0-12 m/min / 0-60 m/min 0-6 m/min / 0-30 m/min dimensions l/w/h 3480/1425/2000 mm 4200/1440/2200 mm weight 2200 kg 2400 kg 9
Slurry extraction plant VD 500 The compact slurry extraction plant VD 500 effectively prevents hazards due to the uncontrolled drainage of the cutting slurry. The slurry is absorbed directly at the cut by a special suction blade guard and removed via a hose system. Technical data slurry extraction plant VD 500 drive suction turbine hydraulic drive slurry pump hydraulic delivery rate turbine 900 m³/h suction output slurry pump 1 m³/h weight 144 kg Operator station - variants (on customer request) To ensure optimal visibility of the cut in each of the many uses of the RSF 820 floor sawing system, different versions of the operator station are available. These can be mounted either in front of, behind or to the side of the machine. In addition to the standing plat- form, versions with an ergonomic operator seat are also available. The use of standard scaffold components makes customization to the operator‘s personal prefe- rences easy and cost-effective. 10
