GENERAL INFORMATION Registration Options ONLINE through https://register.parksreconline.com/riverside.html IN PERSON at our new Recreation Center at 43 E. Quincy St *please note that we do not take registrations by phone or fax* Inclement Weather In the case of inclement weather, the RPRD will make all attempts to contact participants in a timely manner. The means of contact may be via phone or email directly from the Department or instructor/coach. Nothing Hurts a Good Program More… …than late registrations. Please register early for all applicable programs. All programs are based on a minimum enrollment number of participants and may be cancelled if that minimum is not met 4 days before the class start date. Gift Certificates The Riverside Parks & Recreation Department has Gift Certificates available for purchase in various denominations. Please contact the department for more information. Park Policies Please note there is absolutely no smoking, drug or alcohol use allowed on any park grounds. Please follow all other Village Ordinances and refer to park-specific signage for additional policies Refund Policy: The Riverside Recreation Department reserves the right to cancel any program or class where there is insufficient enrollment. Every effort will be made to allow the class to remain available. IF A CLASS IS CANCELLED, The participant will be notified through an email and/or call from the Recreation Department. In which at that point a refund will be provided to the participant. In certain instances you may have the option to apply your refund as a household credit for future programs. IF THE PARTICIPANT CANCELS Due to contractual agreements with some instructors, refunds for specialized classes may not be always available. If a participants cancels a program 3 days before it starts he or she may receive his or her full refund less $5 for a cancellation fee. A 75% refund less a $5 cancellation fee if the Recreation Department is notified after the first class. No refund will be granted once the 2nd class begins. AFTER A PROGRAM HAS BEGUN and the participant wishes to drop out of the class, the recreation office must be notified after the first class meeting. A refund for 75% of the class fee, minus a five-dollar service charge will be issued to the participant. NO REFUNDS will be issued after the second meeting of a class except for medical reasons. A physician’s note may be requested at this time. 3

Egg Hunt The Bunny will join the children as they hunt for the hidden eggs, with a prize in every one of them. Children should bring their own bags or baskets for the plastic eggs. Spring Pickleball Tournament Join us for a day of friendly competition and some fun! All matches will be played at our Indian Gardens tennis courts which have pickleball lines and tennis nets. Play-in games may be played during the week if needed. Sign up is per team and you will be asked who your partner is upon registration.
