1 LIGHTER LEGS
RITUAL
Many hours of standing or sitting, poor blood circulation, etc.,
are some of the factors that cause the appearance of the un-
comfortable “tired legs” feeling, heaviness, pain, etc.
Furthermore, these problems can lead to the appearance of
redness, varicose veins, spider veins, as well as water retention
and other problems that affect the legs.
To avoid these uncomfortable problems, it is vital to boost the area’s micro-
circulation and nutrition in the tissue.

APPLICATION PROTOCOL
1 STEP 1. EXFOLIATION. Application time 10´.
Apply 10 pumps of Natural Peeling exfoliant to the legs, using
upward hand movements until it is completely absorbed. Next,
remove the product using toweling mitts dampened with cold water.

STEP 2. MASSAGE TREATMENT. Application time 20´.
Mix the Body S Solution reductive-decongestant ampoule with 10 to
15 pumps of Body Sculptor cream. Perform a circulatory massage
with the mixture, applying it to the legs using slow, circular move-
ments, without using too much pressure, from the ankle to the thigh
(from the bottom upwards), supplementing with kneading, knuckle
movements, pumping technique...

STEP 3. COOLING DECONGESTANT. Application time 15´.
Prepare the “Cooling Effect” Cryogenic Mask, and apply it to the
back of the lower legs (from ankle on up avoiding popliteal fossa
area). Leave on for 15 minutes and remove in one piece.

STEP 1. EXFOLIATION. Application-exposure time 15´.
Perform a full exfoliation, using 15-20 pumps of Natural Peeling exfoliant for
the entire body. Start with the front of the body before working on the back.
1st. FRONT OF BODY. Starting with the front of the body is recommended.
Apply 8 to 10 pumps of Natural Peeling to the neck, décolletage, arms, ab-
domen and legs. Leave on for 5 minutes. Remove the product with CASMARA
cleansing towel dampened with warm water for a relaxing sensation.
2nd. BACK OF BODY. Next, working on the back of the body is recommended.
Apply 8 to 10 pumps of Natural Peeling to the back of the body: neck, back,
arms, and from the bottom to the feet. Leave on for 5 minutes and remove the
product with CASMARA cleansing towel dampened with warm water for a super
relaxing sensation.

STEP 2. BEAUTIFY THE FIGURE. Application time 10´.
Mix the Body S Solution reductive ampoule with 15-20 pumps of Body
Moisturizing hydrating and restorative cream and perform a full massage.

entire back and rub with the help of a gauze dampened in cold water

tes with the product on the skin. Then, actively massage the area,
combining pumping techniques and relaxing massage movements
