RETAILER UPDATE Overview A combination of eased restrictions, school holidays and retailer participation in the myDarwin voucher scheme has generated a positive two months or so of trade at Casuarina Square. We’re delighted to see our valued customers responsibly shopping and the measures that retailers have implemented to ensure Covid Safety plans are adhered to. In consultation with the Health Department, we were able to introduce the remaining tables and seating back into the Food Court area and over the coming weeks, we will be reintroducing some of the other seating and pause areas around the mall. All amenities are now open too. City Chic opened on 13 August 2020 after much anticipation. They are located next to Country Road and have been welcomed by the Darwin community with open arms. We are excited to announce the pending opening of Osaka Ramen in the Food Court area in days to come. The eatery will be alongside KFC at the entrance to Bradshaw terrace. We also look forward to announcing another new retailer soon. Watch this space! Retail Would you like to win a $500 Gift Card for your store? Marketing Spend and Win Casuarina Square customers will get the chance to WIN a $500 Casuarina Square gift card every day during the month of September! Entries are unlimited, so the more purchases customers make, the more chances they will have to win these amazing prizes. The campaign is all about driving foot traffic and sales as well as rewarding our customers for choosing to shop at Casuarina Square. Campaign Dates Tuesday, 1 September 2020 and closes at 11:59pm, Wednesday 30 September, 2020. How Your Customers Can Enter To enter the Promotion, entrants must, 1. Spend $20 or more (in one transaction within the promotional period ) at any participating retailer at Casuarina Square Shopping Centre. Some Major stores are excluded. (Woolworths, Coles, Big W and Kmart) 2. Customers are then to submit their entry online at casuarinasquare.com.au. 3. One winner will be drawn at random each day. 4. The winner will be notified and instructed to collect their prize from the Centre Management Office. What do I need to do as a retailer? Each participating store will be given an A4 counter card to display at your store POS. When a customer makes a purchase in one transaction of $20 or more at your store, be sure to promote the campaign to them and let them know to visit casuarinasquare.com.au and enter their details to reveal if they are a winner. This is also a great way to incentivise customers to spend more in your store. About The Prizes Major Prize One lucky winner will win a $500 Casuarina Square gift card, drawn daily.

Tips For Success 1. Display your A4 counter card in a prominent position on your counter (you will receive this in the lead up to the campaign). 2. Operations Tenancy Works A reminder to all retailers: Any works to be undertaken on your behalf, outside of your tenancy (such as signage or storeroom works) will require approval beforehand from GPT. It is important that we are aware of any works happening on site at any time and is a health and safety requirement. In order to gain approval, or should you have any queries, please email casoperations@gpt.com.au. Loading Docks Please could all retailers ensure that staff for your tenancy are across waste disposal procedures. We find waste left on the floor in loading dock areas and sometimes items that are not appropriate for waste disposal in the compactor, are left lying in the dock area. Please note that these areas are monitored by CCTV. We have held training on waste removal, however if anyone is unsure and would like to be shown or explained what to do and where to go, please email casoperations@gpt.com.au and we will assist. Waste which is not disposed of and left as a hazard, results in additional cleaning costs and can be passed onto offending parties. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Smoking A friendly note to all retailers and staff, please do not smoke in loading docks, passageways or other areas that are not specifically set aside for this purpose. These are the designated smoking areas around the centre: 1. Westpac entrance near Coles from the multilevel car park 2. The bottom of the Woolworths ramp 3. Behind King of Knives (through the fire escape passage) at the back 4. The Food Court entrance, near the KFC frontage on Bradshaw Terrace Thank you, Casuarina Square Centre Management
