There is a $50.00 lock out charge if occurrence is after 5pm. If you have an emergency, please contact maintenance ASAP! If it is after hours, call (740) 594-1053 and our answering service will have an on–call maintenance technician call you back. DO NOT PUT IN AN ONLINE REQUEST FOR AN EMERGENCY! RENT INFO PAY YOUR RENT-DUE 1ST OF EVERY MONTH Rent can be paid with a personal or cashier’s check, money order, on the app, or paid through your on-line portal. Late Fees: If rent is not paid on time, you will receive a $50.00 late fee on the 4th of every month, and another $50.00 late fee on the 10th of every month. We are filling up quickly for the 2020 – 2021 school year, so if you renew soon, you will be guaranteed to keep the room you already have and love.
