Area overview Wapa ko n eta , O H Wapakoneta is a welcoming town an hour outside of Dayton, OH. Located in Auglaize County, Wapakoneta is located along the banks of the Auglaize River in West-Central Ohio. The city mainly operates as an industrial and commerce hub.
