Brooke V.C. C. of E. Primary School Spring Term; Issue 9 13 March 2015 The Brooke Report Red Nose Day Special What a great day!! On the left of the screen you will find pay- ments for trips, clubs, music lessons, milk etc. and on the right hand side of the screen is the school meal choice. 5 Selecting the tick box next to Dinner Top Up will present you with a drop down list of weeks that are cur- rently available to book (usually up to 3 weeks in advance). 6 After selecting a week you will be pre- sented with a list of meal choices for that week. Please refer to the School Menu for details of the meals on any given day.
You may also make 7 payments for other items (trips, milk etc.) or choose meals for other children if appro- priate. Once you have made your selections please click ‘Make Pay- ment’. 8 You will then be asked to enter your card details before clicking ‘Pay Now’ to complete your payment. Your card details are NOT stored on our system. Come along to an Information Session If you have any questions about how our cashless payment system will work we are running two sessions after school on Wednesday 18th March and Thursday 19th March between 3.15-4.00pm where we will demonstrate the system and an- swer any questions you may have. Whilst we will be activating your account to enable you to access the system from the 23rd March the payment options, meal choices etc. will all relate to the first week back after the Easter holiday. This is to ensure you have time to access the system and let us know of any problems before we break for the holidays. You will then be able to make your meal choices, book breakfast club etc. at your lei- sure over the break.
