           * Files need to be provided as CMYK and at 300DPI. Unfortunately we cannot accept calibrated colour.
           * Please ensure all trim marks and bleed is added to all artwork according to our specifications.
           * A minimum of 5mm bleed on each edge is required on full page and double page spread advertisements only.
           * Half page and third page vertical sizes don’t require bleed, only live/type areas are required.
           * No responsibility will be accepted for any elements trimming off the page if they do not fall within the live area specified for the publication.
           * Please ensure all reverse lettering is no less than 10pt type, unfortunately we cannot accept any true type fonts.
           * It is recommended that where coloured panels join, the dominant colour be enlarged (reverse choked) to create a slight overlap of the two colours that connect. This will help minimise registration problems.
           * Maximum total ink weight (coverage) is 280 percent.
           * Double page spread advertisement artwork must be provided as single page files. We cannot accept or manipulate artwork to fit.
           * Double imaging is required on all double page spread artwork if an image/text is running through the gutter of a spread.
           * We require this as images that are across the gutter (middle) of a double page spread are “pulled” into the spine during the printing and binding process and may result in a loss of image and cause images to misalign.
           * The clearance space should be a minimum of 6mm (3mm of double image incorporated into the overall image of each page) — a 3mm band of the image on the inside margin of the left page (closest to the gutter) is
           repeated on the inside section of the right page, and vice versa. The spread will carry a 6mm double image in the spine.

           DELIVERY METHOD:

           * Artwork cannot be accepted after the material deadline date without prior arrangements being made to accommodate these requests.
