Completed Haul Road • Connects Longbrook Ave to the former ballfield (OU4) • Approximately ¼ mile long • Widened entrance • Raised to cover former Contract Plating lagoons • Approximately 12,000 yds of clean material (~300 trucks) 8

OU4 - Air Monitoring Results • Since 9/30/20 public meeting Daily Average Dust Measurements 0.001 to 0.007 mg/m3 • Below the 8-hour Daily Average Dust Action Level 0.014 mg/m3 criteria • No exceedances of chemicals within the dust ensuring worker and stakeholder safety • Submitting weekly Air Monitoring and Vibration Monitoring Reports • Reports posted on Town Health Dept – Raymark website • Weekly Air Monitoring Summary Reports include: – work conducted – daily weather – 8-hr Daily Average, if an exceedance, source and actions taken – Equipment used and confirmed daily calibration – Chemical analyses of dust samples and comparison to individual chemical criteria • Action Levels - Perimeter Air Monitoring Work Plan, Table 3 as posted on Town website • Air monitoring will continue • Vibration monitoring stopped 10/27/20 as OU4 Demo completed • Vibration monitoring will restart during OU4 consolidation 19
