REGISTRATION
For the registration process you need to have:
• 48 Hours Negative rapid COVID-19 test or 48 Hours negative PCR test.
• 6 months Covid -19 proof of recovery
• Proof of vaccination
You can pick up the registration package for your friend, but you must give us the
above documents.
Important Information
On the registration office and on the day of the race only the participants can be in
the area, no one else is allowed.
You can enter in the event area with your number tattoo and with your race chip.
During the race we want to eliminate the physical contact so we will have only one
feed station for the 10K race, and this will be at the end of the first loop of the 5K.
If you need water all the escort boats will have water to provide you.
Take care of your feeds during the race.
Because of local restrictions the awards ceremony not be allowed. The winners
can receive the medals in the finish line.
The results will be online and in real time.

ü Cloakroom at Recovery Zone.
ü Feed point in the water for each race (liquid and solid)
ü OCEANMAN - 1 feed stations (5Km)
ü HALF OCEANMAN - No feeding station
ü Sprint – No feeding station.
ü Finisher Medal for all distances.
During the race we want to eliminate the physical contact so we will have only
