Country Accommodation
 MID-WEEK FARMSTAY SPECIAL Stay 3 nights and only pay for 2
     Great mid-week getaways (Monday to Thursday nights). Children and pets are welcome!

 Fynbos Estate offers comfortable country accommodation in the Farmhouse,
 Honey Badger House, Caracal Cottage, Black Eagle House and Owl Garden
 Cottage.
 We can accommodate up to 45 people sharing and all houses and cottages
 can each be booked as a unit, Black Eagle and Honey Badger are also
 managed as Guest Houses with en-suite double rooms that can be booked
 separately.
 There is cell phone reception in or near to each building, a television with DVD
 in the farmhouse only and a screen for video/DVD in Honey Badger. Selected
 accommodation is pet-friendly and all accommodation is child friendly.
 Wi-Fi connectivity with free unlimited internet access is available in all
 accommodation and function areas.

 Accommodation prices valid for season ending 31 December 2018
 High Season: 1 September to 30 April
 Low Season: 1 May to 31 August
 •    In all houses, once the minimum is met, children 3 – 12 stay half price.
      Children under 3 in their parents bed or a carry cot stay for free.
 •    Arrival time is 2pm and departure time 10 am. Depending on what is
      happening on the farm, for two night stays or more we will be flexible with
      regard to people vacating the accommodation at 10 am but staying on the
      farm itself until midday.
 •    All rates applicable for minimum 2 night stays and one night stays Monday
      to Thursday. During the weekend in low season one night stays are
      possible with an additional cost of 25%. Please note that for one night stays
      arrival and departure times must be strictly adhered to.
 •    Additional day guests are required to pay R70 per day.
 •    Pets are R50 per night and any additional pet per day is R30

The Farmhouse

Sleeps minimum 8 maximum 16

The Cape Dutch-Victorian farmhouse (circa 1900), has spacious rooms, a deep
wrap-around veranda and original Oregon features. It has a large lounge,
dining room, and farm kitchen, as well as an extensive domestic library and a
television lounge. Satellite TV, DVD and video are available.

•   6 double bedrooms with and without private bathrooms.
•   Rooms can accommodate extra beds
•   Additional meals are by arrangement
•   Meals can be enjoyed in any of a number of eating spots – in the dining
    room, in the garden or on the veranda
•    A raku fireplace is in lounge and all rooms have heating/fans.

HS: R3,800 min per night for 8 people and additional people R350 pp for 9 to
12 people, R280 pp for 13 to 16 people (House limit 16 pax)
LS: R3,600 min per night for 8 people and additional people R300 pp for 9 to
12 people, R250 pp for 13 to 16 people (House limit 16 pax)

Honey Badger House

Sleeps minimum 4, maximum 12

Situated 200 meters from the farmstead, this is a farm style house with scenic
views of the mountain and valley. Wide verandas front and back, mezzanine
loft space, large open plan living area and Oregon woodwork, make this house
a functional and beautiful sanctuary.

2 double bedrooms with private bathrooms
2 Mezzanine loft spaces (partly enclosed) sleeping up to 4 each
Open plan living area

HS: R1,900 min per night for 4 people and R200 pp additional in loft spaces
(Max 12 pax)
LS: R1,700 min per night for 4 people and R180 pp additional up to 12 in loft
spaces (Max 12 pax)

Owl Garden Cottage
Sleeps minimum 2 people, and if used as two bedrooms, maximum is 4

Next to the farm house, this quaint cottage has a private courtyard garden and
outside sitting area. It is near the Pavilion and swimming pool.

Living room which can take one or two beds (for workshops)
Inter-leading shower bathroom
Kitchenette
Ideal for a couple or for couple and child. A maximum of 4 people is possible
only if the cottage is used as TWO BEDROOMS.

HS: R700 min per night for 2 people and R250 pp additional sleeping in living
room in conjunction with one of the bigger houses (max 4 pax)
LS: R650 min per night for 2 people and R220 pp additional sleeping in living
room in conjunction with one of the bigger houses (max 4 pax)

Caracal Cottage
Sleeps minimum 2 people and if used as two bedrooms, maximum is 4

Beautifully situated about 300 meters from the main house, this cottage has
lovely views of mountains, fynbos and vineyards.

Double bedroom. Open-plan living area with kitchen.
This living space can take a child, or have two beds (only if the cottage is used
for two bedrooms)
Inter-leading bathroom.
Verandas both sides
Maximum of 4 people only if cottage used as TWO BEDROOMS for example
workshops or weddings.

LS: R800 min per night for 2 people and R220 pp additional in living room

Black Eagle House

Sleeps minimum of 8 people and maximum of 10

Situated further up the valley from Honey Badger and Caracal, Black Eagle is a
modern barn-style house ideal for 4 couples/families or for workshops of up
to 10 participants. There are 4 en suite bedrooms and a large double volume
living area with verandas on all sides. There are beautiful views in every
direction.

HS: R2,000 min per night for up to 4 people and additional people R450 pp up
to 8 pax and thereafter R320 up to 10 (House limit 10 pax)
LS: R 1900 min per night for up to 4 people and additional people R420 pp up
to 8 pax and thereafter R300 additional to 10 (House limit 10 pax)
