The company was established by its Chief Executive Officer David Mabilu 2001. What started as a small operation in 2001
has developed into a leading black owned and managed construction company in South Africa. The multiple award

Over the years we have successfully completed building
construction projects for public and private sector clients. Our
expertise is Project management, Architectural Design and
Sub-contractor Management. We have constructed
residential, commercial and industrial, service buildings as
well as public buildings for the Mining, Industrial,
Commercial, Education, Power, Health, Water, Retail, and Real
Estate sectors, establishing a wide variety of function specific
as well as mixed use buildings.

The quality of our work in the construction of residential buildings has
ensured our work is recognised at a national level. We have built
communities and contributed to provincial and state housing infrastruc
ture initiatives by successfully completing Low-Cost Reconstruction and
Development Programme (RDP) housing projects and Walk-up houses

Civils, Water and Sanitation, as well as the building and

We have successfully completed Roads and Civils projects including the
Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Systems in Tshwane and Polokwane as well as
other road and highway construction projects. We pride ourselves in our
experience and capacity to provide excellent service on highvalue
projects requiring road construction and civils covering different terrains
and landscapes
WATER & SANITATION
We are experts in delivering on large scale Water and Sanitation civil
projects including pipelines and extensive excavations. As a company,
we provide Bulk Water Supply Systems, water and sewer reticulation and
grey water systems. Our proficiency continues to grow as we upskill our
workforce in all aspects of water and sanitation projects.

Vharanani Properties works in partnership with Promafco, a Vharanani Group company, to develop
real estate infrastructure throughout South Africa. We are a multi-faceted and well-established
property development company, acting as both owner and contractor in the specialized building
and development of Gated Residential Estates, Rental Apartment Blocks, Domestic Complexes
and Business Campuses in South Africa.
Vharanani Properties is proficient in turnkey property development
solutions. We work our way through the property development value
chain, from Land Procurement, Property Zoning and the complete
Project Management Cycle including Feasibility Studies, Architectural
