Village of Kimberly Parks & Recreation 2021 Program Guide A Note from the Director Looking forward to 2021! Summer of 2020 certainly wasn’t what we had planned for. The rec programs were scheduled, the amphitheater bands were booked, the facilities were ready for people to come and play! And yet, many of the things we enjoy in Kimberly were put on hold for 2020 as we played it safe. I am happy to report that thanks to official action from the Village Board, we are approved to reopen and enjoy all outdoor facilities within the Kimberly Parks system and host recreation programs with best practices in place. 2020 was spent making significant improvements to the parks system, we can’t wait to show them off. We are back for the 2021 season and ready to see you in the parks! From taking a dip at Sunset Beach to walking the trails at Memorial Park for a themed community event—we are ready to get outdoors and celebrate the beau- tiful parks system the Village of Kimberly has to offer. As we continue to navigate local health guidelines and develop best practices relating to COVID-19, program updates or changes will be emailed to all program registrants and closures or changes will be posted to our Facebook page. The Village of Kimberly Parks and Recreation department strives to provide excellent leisure experiences in our community paired with friendly customer service. There are many ways to contact us! Address, phone, email, website, and WHERE DO I FIND….? social media information are all included on the cover of this guide. Recreation Programs…………….2-4 See you in the parks!
