Fitness Center Info Fitness Membership info New Haven Fitness Center Information Membership includes access to the Fitness Center and use of the cardio equipment, free weights and weight machines. Program Pass is an all access class pass. This pass is to be used for admittance into any current, active fitness classes but does not grant access to the fitness membership area. Pass is valid for one month. NEED A BIT MORE ONE ON ONE Senior Specialty classes are geared toward senior citizens and are included if you have a premium membership. These classes are $2 to drop in and participate. HELP AND GUIDANCE TO HELP Drop in - $8 for drop in participation of all classes that are not senior specialty and for Fitness Center use. REACH YOUR FITNESS GOALS? Fitness Coaches on Staff The Fitness Center will soon be offering Fitness Coaches on staff who have a personal training certification and are available to help answer any fitness related questions.
