Grand Crowne Points Portal • Go to wwww.GrandCrowneBranson.com • Click on the property that you have your ownership with.
Grand Crowne Points Portal • Once you get to this page you will need to click on “Owners” and then “Login” • Enter your owner number and zip code and click “Submit”
Grand Crowne Points Portal • Scroll down and click on “Owner Tools” and then on “Reservation Request” • Click on the “Click here” link and a separate tab will open for the Points Portal
Grand Crowne Points Portal • You can now view your point balances and some members can perform banking transactions. • Member with at least one annual contract will be able to bank their points online. Biennial members will have the ability at some point in the future. • You will need to register the first time you use the site.
Grand Crowne Points Portal • If you do not have the contract number you may contact the reservation center at 877-778-7739 or 305-668-3492 or email us at grandcrowneresorts@clubreservations.com • The first name, last name, and email address need to be entered in the same way that it appears in the reservation system. • Each owner on the account can have their own unique login ID and password. • You may contact us at the reservation center if you have any issues with registering. • Once you have entered everything, click Create Login to continue.
Grand Crowne Points Portal • You will be brought to this page once you register. • From here you can update your address, phone number, and email address. • You can also change your password. • Under “Billing Information” you can add a credit card for us to keep on file for any future charge.
Grand Crowne Points Portal • The Banking Information tab gives a basic description of the banking process. • It basically says that you must be current on all of your fees and advises you that if you have at least one annual contract on your account you can bank online. • If you have a biennial contract (with no annual contract associated) you will need to call the reservation center to bank your points. • The reservation center’s contact information and operating hours are on this page.
Grand Crowne Points Portal • When in member options you will see your contract information as well as a drop down menu under “What do you want to do?” • If you own at least one annual contract you will see the options to Bank My Point and the option to View My Point Balance • If you have a biennial contract (with no annual contract associated) You will only see View My Points Balance.

Grand Crowne Points Portal • To check your points balance you can go back to Member Options, select “View My Points Balance”, and click “Go”. • As you can see in the example it now shows my remaining points for 2018 after the banking, the Allocated points that I have received for 2019, and the 50,000 points that I have banked from 2018 into 2019.
Grand Crowne Points Portal • The Member History Tab will show you your Points Bankings, Reservations, and other transactions that have been applied to your points account. • As you can see in the example it shows the point banking I just performed and a couple of reservations that I made back in 2016 and 2017.
Grand Crowne Points Portal TIPS AND TRICKS • The Interval International website will tell you how many points a reservation costs, not how many points you have. Always check the points portal first to make sure you have enough points to cover what you are booking. • If you see that you are short on points, there are several methods that you can use to get more. You can bank points to combine them with future points, you can borrow points from a future year’s points, and you can rent points to make up the difference. Speak with a reservation agent to discuss these options and their conditions. • Many members’ points start in January making their banking deadline August 31st. The phones are very busy during this time so it would be to your benefit to bank online if you have at least one annual contract, and to call us early if you have a biennial contract to avoid long hold times. • We continue to work on the Points Portal and hope that in future releases we will be able to allow for biennial owners to bank as well, and finally to allow for all owners to make reservations.
