Poppleton Village Show 21st August 2021 Staging of Exhibits — 7-8pm Friday and 9.00 to 10.30 am Saturday Judging of exhibits. - 11.00am Saturday Show open for viewing — approximately 1.00 FIRST TIMER entries are for anyone who has never exhibited in a show before The OPEN sections are open to anyone wishing to take part. Poppleton Village Show 2021 ENTRY FORM This form must be completed and sent to Anne Penrice at How to Enter your exhibits 19 Riversvale Drive, Upper Poppleton, York, YO26 6JY or by email to anne.penrice@hotmail.co.uk before noon on 19th August to 1. Fill in the entry form. There are no entry fees or cash prizes this allow time for the preparation of entry cards and the layout of year. show benches. 2. No entry tickets to be altered after 7pm on Friday. No entries accepted after noon on Thursday 19th. 6. No one except the judges and show committee allowed in the halls during judging. 7. Judges decision is final. 8. By entering all competitors accept these rules. 9. Please ask a committee member who will be glad to help with your queries. Without your entries there is no show, so don’t be shy, we are here to help. 10. First Timer entries are only for those who have NEVER exhibited in a show before. 11. The show is only open to amateurs.
