COACHING CAN HELP YOU: Maximize your strengths; Deliver and sustain extraordinary results for the business, people you lead and yourself; Overcome obstacles and fully contribute to the success of IKEA. WHAT TO DO IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE COACHING FROM A CERTIFIED COACH: Inform your manager. To have his/her support will be key for reaching your coaching goals; Have a look at „List of Coaches“ and choose a coach. You can get in touch with him/her directly via email or get in touch with Barbora Tausova (barbora.tausova@inter.ikea.com) or Fleur Carter (fleur.carter2@ingka.ikea.com) who will assign you a Coach from the pool, depending on the availability of the coaches; Your Coach will get in touch with you and inform you of next steps and give you the details of the coaching process. WHEN IS COACHING AND WHEN IS MENTORING MOST APPROPRIATE: Coaching is a method to help coachees to raise the awareness of their situation, take responsibility to find their own solutions and achieve their goals. Mentoring is a collaborative partnership, where knowledge, skills, information and perspective are shared to promote the personal and professional growth of the mentee as well as the mentor. I have never forgotten one of the first powerfull coaching sessions of mine. During our session, I was • ACPC Adler Certified Profesional
asked by my coach what creativity means for me, when I started to tell, suddenly I was quite emotional Coach ( ICF Accrediated)
without understanding why. She picked one of the words that I told and with a smile she just mirroed me

by saying “ I see that “this word” is touching to your heart” then she paused. This sentence and pausing
triggered many things in me, at the end of session I have seen my own boundries about creativity. I did
not know that day, but during the years my statetement eveolved from “ I am not a creative person at Languages:
all” to “ I am creative as anyone” . Maybe with the seed of that session, today I am in a journey towards English, Turkish

I was so lucky that through out my journey, I met with different techniques and I came accross so
