Following the meeting, Muafakat Nasional Feb 26 announced their decision to rescind support for Tun M as PM [1]. In a special address to the nation, Tun M explained his unwillingness to work with UMNO en bloc and prosed for a non-partisan unity government [1]. Following PKR MPs with YDPA, DS Anwar confirmed Feb 27 PH’s decision to nominate his as PM8 [1]. Tun's announced RM20b COVID-19 stimulus package and called for a special parliament session to decide as there were no clear majority. Engagement rate (%) = People Engaged / People Reached A feature on Facebook where users can now interact using emotional reactions, i.e., Like, Love, Haha, Wow, Sad, Facebook Reaction and Angry. Fan A person who likes a selected brand and/or the brand's social media pages. Follower A person who follows a selected social media page. Impression The number of times a post is displayed. People may see several impressions of the same post. Mention A message which references or includes a monitored brand keyword. Message A written communication by an individual / organization. Month over Month (MoM) Comparison of any changes / growth expressed with respect to the previous month. Negative (Sentiment) A pessimistic or undesired perception towards the brand. Net Sentiment Score (NSS) A measure of a brand's sentiment. Net Sentiment Score (%) = (Positive - Negative Mentions) / Total Mentions Netizen A person who uses the Internet; a blend of the words "Internet" and "citizen". Neutral (Sentiment) An impartial or unbiased perception towards the brand. Organic Reach The number of people who saw activity from the brand directly from the posts. Paid Reach The number of people who saw activity from the brand directly via paid advertisements. Positive (Sentiment) A favourable and affirmative perception towards the brand. A message which references or includes a monitored brand keyword on the following channels - Facebook, Pure Buzz / Mention Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, News, Blogs and Forums. Quarter Over Quarter (QoQ) Comparison of any changes / growth expressed with respect to the previous quarter. Rank The brand's position in the hierarchy of all tracked brands, based on brands’ total buzz. Reach The number of unique people who viewed a given post. Reach may be Organic, Paid or Viral. Sentiment A measure of the tone of the message that was posted (positive / neutral / negative). Share of Voice (SOV) A measure of the digital media landscape a brand owns in relation to its competitors. Talk Driver A topic or subject matter that encourages conversations / sharing. The section where one can view all published posts, displayed by date. Usually part of a brand's or individual's Timeline profile page. A message which references or includes a monitored brand keyword on the following channels - All channels Total Buzz included in Pure Buzz + Facebook Shares + Instagram Comments. Trending Topic that has recently spiked in popularity. The number of people who saw activity from your brand via a story published by a third party (may be a friend, Viral Reach Facebook Page, Twitter account, etc.). Word Cloud A representation of the frequency of keywords shown in total messages. Year over Year (YoY) Comparison of any changes/ growth expressed with respect to the previous year. Year to Date (YTD) The duration beginning from the first day of the current calendar year up to the current date.
