    Police and Crime Commissioners are elected every four years to
    oversee policing, victim services and community safety for each police
    force area in England and Wales. David Munro is your Police and Crime
    Commissioner for Surrey. David is responsible for overseeing the work
    of Surrey Police, holding the Chief Constable to account and helping
